Description

After imaging M1, we took our flats, removed the L-eXtreme Filter, took new flats, and slewed to NGC 4216. We wanted to capture the "recent" supernova (SN 2024gy) in NGC 4216. We imaged until 1 am before losing the skies. We were only able to capture 7 useable subs at 180 sec each. Just like the M1 image, my camera on the club's telescope/mount. Processed by me in PixInsight. Mage the GIF in Photoshop. Can't wait for galaxy season to get into full swing with this setup! Clear Skies!
